Almanya, Yurtdışı İşçiler için Çalışma Vizelerini Kolaylaştırmayı Planlıyor

Almanya Çalışma Vizeleri are planned to be eased for vasıflı yurt dışı işçiler by the coalition Government headed by Şansölye Angela Merkel. This is for those workers who are from outside the EU. The Interior, Economy, and Labour Ministries have agreed on a position paper to this effect.

The 3 coalition parties in the German Government have agreed on a new law for immigration, as quoted by the Express Co UK.  This will permit firms to hire workers in all professions. Olacak regardless of the official list of sectors that face scarcity of workers.

The paper for new immigration law proposes that the Government must not insist on firms to offer preference to local workers. This is while filling job vacancies ad looking for overseas workers outside the EU.

Overseas graduates and workers who have vocational training will have the chance to arrive in Germany. This is to seek a job within a specified time if they cater to certain language and qualification criteria.

The skilled workers under the above criteria will not have access to benefits of social welfare. They will, however, be entitled to Work Visas and be employed. They must be however overqualified for the position and thus will be able to earn some money.

The fresh immigration rule also plans to ease the process of recognition of qualifications in Germany. The Government is also planning to carry out an ad campaign in select nations, informed the paper.

The Opposition parties in Germany and the Labor Unions are not keen on the plans of the Government. They are demanding that firms in Germany must enhance work conditions and salary for local workers.

Some of the opposition parties have said that the fresh immigration law may not be successful with its plans for recognition of qualifications. They have doubted its efficacy to remove bureaucratic influence over the same.
