As per the official notice, an Indian national wishing to study in Spain that already had a student visa issued by the Embassy of Spain but were unable to use it due to the COVID-19 pandemic could submit a new application with the documents submitted with their previous visa application along with –

A fresh medical certificate, if applying for a visa of over 180 days’ duration.

Confirmation of enrolment by the educational centre in Spain. Wherever applicable, proof of modification of the course dates will also have to be provided.

Medical insurance that has been adapted as per the new visa dates or additional insurance covering the period that had not been covered in the original insurance.
